Merge inner awareness with tech mastery for exponential impact.

Technology won't save us. Consciousness will.

Everyone has a story to tell, a story from which others can learn.

My story starts in the city of Kanpur, India, where I was born into a lower-middle-class family. My parents always gave me everything they could, including passing down their values of striving for a good education. My father often told me that it was through education that one could pull oneself out of poverty.

When one’s basic needs are met (like food, water, and shelter), that is when one can truly grow and think about more. Once you move away from survival, then you can think about thriving.

In 2004, I came to Toronto, where I joined a retail company. Like most things up until this point, I gave the company my all and within a few months, I oversaw everything in the company, i.e., managing sales, deliveries, service, purchasing, accounts, etc. My dream of making a lot of money was at its extreme. In expectation of having my own business, as suggested by the owners, I invested all the money I had in the company I was working with.

A few months later, all my happiness was gone as the company I was working with closed its operations overnight and filed for bankruptcy. I was completely shattered because all my money was lost in a fraction of a second. For a moment, I wanted to pack my baggage and go back to India, but I could not because of the fear of how to face society with my failure.

You should never let the fear of what other people say stop you from trying your best and pursuing your dreams.

Back then, I was addicted to smoking, and, in this situation, I became a chain smoker. One evening, I finished smoking on the balcony of my rented apartment and came inside the living room. My daughter, who was nine years old, came to me and started staring at me. I was a little uncomfortable and asked her what happened. She innocently told me smoking is not good for my health and the well-being of our family, specifically mentioning my son. I did not answer and went to my room. I was thinking the whole night about it, and the next morning I quit smoking.

One of the several ways to get rid of an unhealthy habit is to think about the worst outcome that can affect your loved ones.

During this tough, mind-conflicting time, one of my close friends gave me a book (Autobiography of a Yogi) and I started reading that book every day. My way of looking at life started changing, and I decided to come out of the financial mess I created. I started looking for a job and got a commission salesperson’s position in a retail store. This was the phase of my life when things started changing, and my life took a positive turn. By this time,

I had already finished the book. I could see that after quitting smoking, I was in a process of changing myself from an avaricious person to a contented person.

It’s good to have dreams, but to convert dreams to reality, one must do proper groundwork and not be afraid of failures. Failures are a part of the package that comes with success. Success is always right after failure; it’s just a matter of time.

I would like to share a quick story here about one busy weekend with a lot of customers in the store, when many salespeople were looking for a big deal. I saw an old, aged couple looking for help and no one was paying attention to them. I asked them if I could help and spent almost two hours. I made a sale for $ 48 and made $ 1.25. My co-workers laughed at me and my manager said that I do not know how to do my job. Four months later, the same couple came to the store, asked for me and ended up buying over $ 8000 worth of products. No one laughed at me on this day, and my manager came to me and said that I knew my job better than others.

You will always find people criticizing you for the work you do. Keep doing your work with sincerity and do not let others control your mind.

I always kept myself busy doing some work in the store when there were no customers. My work was noticed by the management. From a commissioned salesperson to an Asst. Manager to Warehouse Manager to RMA Manager to Asst. Buyer to Buyer, and finally, the day came when I got a position as Director of Purchasing. What a great moment for me, I felt like I achieved that for which I was meant. My hard work paid off. The reason behind my success was my integrity, ethics, honesty, and morality in my work. Keep doing your work sincerely and do not expect immediate results. Results will come at the right time.

After a few months working in a Director position, I was not feeling cheerful; something was missing. I would like to mention here that by now, I have become an avid reader and have good book content in my subconscious mind. On this knowledge learning path, I realized that I need wings to explore the world more spiritually. Therefore, I quit the corporate world and started with a company, working from my home office. I started incorporating my knowledge & learning into my work, the way I wanted. Eventually, I became the owner of my time, my money, my position, my relationships, and everything associated with me.
